We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar with fresh veggies and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats.

You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

Marinated with garlic and our homemade seasoning.

Slow cooked tender beef ribs, seasoned with rock salt.

Marinated with parsley, garlic and white wine.

Marinated with white wine, lemon pepper, and rock salt.
